What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery is based on weight and size calculation. Delivery charges will be calculated in the checkout.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Mastercard, VISA, AMEX.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order has been processed, we will generally pack and ship it within 2 business days. Delivery times can vary, however you can choose from standard or express delivery. Tracking details will be provided.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After placing your order, you will receive email confirmation that we have received it. Your order will be packed and shipped within 2 business days and an email with tracking details will be sent.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, once your order has been processed, you will be emailed an invoice. A paper copy will also be provided with your delivery.
